Facebook consists of a lot of different content, ranging from friends' personal posts to articles shared by news outlets. Scrolling through Facebook, I was able to watch compilation videos of animals and have the very next post be a political opinion by one of my Facebook friend. Twitter is very similar in content except that the posts are much more concise due to the character limit. Instagram, on the other hand, is all media posts. I only follow friends on Instagram, so the posts are more personal. The "Discover" feature allows me to see posts by people I do not follow, showing me content similar to those that I follow and popular content such as memes or tabloids. Linkedin is very different compared to the previous three. It is a professional networking site, allowing you to do job searches and share business-related experiences and information. These four social networking sites have different contnet with unique styles for the posts. Most people would not write a Facebook post the same way they write a post on Instagram or Linkedin.
